As became known on April 24, our board of directors Stephan Mergner will become managing director of the press manufacturer EBU on May 1, 2020.
Zehnder & Sommer is an independent and neutral partner and supplier of numerous well-known press manufacturers - that should stay that way. In accordance with our agreement, Stephan Mergner will therefore immediately resign from his position as a member of the Zehnder & Sommer Board of Directors.
At this point we would like to thank Stephan Mergner for the short, but nice and very good cooperation. We wish him the best of luck, fun and success for this new challenge!
NB: As we were already asked for: During his short period at Zehnder & Sommer, Stephan Mergner didn't have access to customer information, project data, drawings, servers or other databases.
