- Comparison of the modification with the Machinery Directive (state of the art) and any existing C standards (standards research and standards analysis)
- Verification and validation of the safety-relevant parts of control systems in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13849-1 using the standards developed by the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health
