Push-Pull-Systems

Our ZS-FD and ZS-CX controls can also be operated as multi-axis systems and can therefore perform various different functions.

Push-pull Systems

In push-pull double systems, our control ensures that the two feeds not only run perfectly in sync, but also that the material is slightly tightened during the feed process. This allows the perfect operation of push-pull systems as they are often used with thin materials and long tools (e.g. rotor/stator lamination).

In tandem press systems our feeding systems can also be used as tripple system operating in a push-pull/push-pull configuration.

Push-Pull-Cut

In addition to the push-pull feed system, cutting shears are added to cut the remaining stamping grid.
