Certain outdated feeds can also be updated with components in such a way that they again do justice to modern and efficient productions.

Better pilot release with process analysis for faster and more precise production:
- The completely new pilot release system COLIBRI can be installed on site on all older EV TK or EV TM. Thanks to this 4th generation pilot release system, an over 10 years old EV TM can now also be used for fast productions with pilot release of rates up to 1500 strokes / min. (EV TK >2000 strokes/min.).
- With an integrated digital sensor and a simple upgrade of the old EDS control, even every movement of the opening of the upper roller can be registered.
- By upgrading to the most modern control system CX you can visualize the feed process graphically. If you also have the COLIBRI system installed with our analog sensor, you can follow the intermediate-air movement of the upper roller as a curve and pass it on to the press as a successful signal.
- Using the new control you may even want to control the contact pressure automatically via the control system with it's saved tooling seeting parameters.
Integration of the new remote maintenance module with integrated SIM card
- With the new remote maintenance module, we can now establish a connection to our controller not only via LAN cable but also via mobile network. This saves complex cable connections and bypasses persistent firewalls. Thanks to this direct connection, without the possibility of connecting to other systems or local networks, this connection is not only easier, but also more secure. PS: The built-in SIM card works worldwide.
